DECARBOMILE in Nantes – Forum de la logistique urbaine

On November 13th, Nantes Métropole hosted the fourth edition of the Sustainable and Resilient Urban Logistics Forum.

The Pact for Sustainable and Resilient Urban Logistics is a roadmap co-created with the region’s economic stakeholders. Since September 2021, more than 200 public and private actors have been involved in shaping it through seven working groups addressing a wide range of topics.

During this edition, we held a roundtable with representatives from these working groups, giving them the opportunity to share their experiences and perspectives on the Pact. Following this rich discussion, participants were introduced to five inspiring projects featured within the Pact, each highlighting and challenging different aspects of urban logistics.

We also showcased the European project Decarbomile, in which Nantes has been a partner since 2022. An exhibition presented several use cases from the project’s various Living Labs, offering insights into how each participating country is tackling urban logistics challenges.

After this engaging afternoon of dialogue and collaboration, participants left with fresh inspiration and a strong sense of belonging to a community—the community of sustainable and resilient urban logistics in Nantes Métropole.
