DECARBOMILE at TRA 2026 in Budapest

DECARBOMILE presented its achievements at Europe’s flagship transport research and innovation conference, Transport Research Arena (TRA), that took place in Budapest, Hungary,  from 18 to 21 May 2026.

Joining ALICE’s Urban Logistics Neighbourhood

DECRABOMILE joined the ALICE Logistics Innovation Village, more specifically its “Urban Logistics neighbourhood”, alongside other European projects focusing on urban logistics and transport.

Representing DECARBOMILE, Pauline Buosi (Interface Transport) and Katharina Beck (Hamburg University of Technology) presented DECARBOMILE project and its results on the stage of ALICE’s Theatre conceived for the Conference. Showcasing our solutions opened up great conversations about sustainable urban logistics with researchers, practitioners and policymakers from across Europe present on the spot.

Conference Highlight: Insights on Urban Living Labs

Furthermore, our particular highlight of the conference was Isabella Hauswald’s (Copenhagen Business School) presentation focused on ‘Barriers and Facilitators of Multistakeholder Collaboration in Urban Living Labs’, drawing directly from the current project experience.
