Urban Mobility Days 2023

Our team, Manon Levrey from Interface Transport (coordinator), Katharina Beck and @Christopher Rahlf from Hamburg University of Technology (evaluation lead), Javier Esquillor from capillar IT (leading the open framework for integration) and Isabel Froes from Copenhagen Business School (leading activities with local stakeholders on developing viable business models), have been making remarkable contributions to the DECARBOMILE project, fostering valuable partnerships and driving innovation in the field of sustainable urban logistics and freight transport.

🚀 They recently participated in the Urban Mobility Days (#UMD) and the CIVITAS Initiative Session on Evaluation and Dissemination, sharing insights and objectives from DECARBOMILE and learning from the rest of the network.

🤝 They had the privilege of meeting with other projects within the Cluster for #UrbanLogistics and #FreightTransport, paving the way for effective collaborations.

💡 They also deepened collaborative work with GREEN-LOG and URBANE Project on respective vision, content and strategies.

🎙️They presented DECARBOMILE to the Director of CINEA – European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency, Paloma Aba Garrote, demonstrating our commitment and efforts to reduce carbon emissions in urban logistics Europe-wide.

🏢 A visit from DG MOVE allowed for discussions around cross-project collaboration and impact-oriented actions.
